Quest is representing foreign companies in India since 1996.  We are looking for Data Entry, Web Research & Call Verification personnel for our operations at NOIDA to provide IT Services to our esteemed International Clients.

1. DATA ENTRY – Experience: 0-2 Year

■ Data processing and entry from US directories
■ Working in coordination with the whole team to give error free output
■ Ensuring the quality as per the given standards
■ Managing workflow to ensure timely deliveries…

Skills Required
> Graduate / Under Graduate - Any specialization
> Typing speed of 40-45 WPM with at least 97% accuracy
> Excellent written English communication skills
> Proficient in MS-Office

2. WEB RESEARCH - Experience: 1-2 Years

■ Conducting Web research to compile information on company details and executives
■ Experience in internet based research via search engines and networking sites  
■ Ensuring the quality as per the given standards and managing workflow to ensure timely deliveries

Skills Required
> Graduate / Under Graduate - Any specialization
> Fast learner, passionate about online research
> Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable
> Excellent written English communication skills

3. INTERNATIONAL CALLING / CALL VERIFICATION – Experience:  1-2 Years

■ Making calls to different companies across US for data validation and capturing and updating records
■ Ensuring the quality as per the given standards and managing workflow to ensure timely deliveries

Skills Required
> Graduate / Post Graduate - Any specialization
> Minimum 6 months experience in an International Voice based process
> Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable
> Excellent oral and written English communication skills
> Ability to work in a team
> Willing to work in flexible timings.
